Jeremy Freeman, an Emmy-nominated Camera Operator, embarked on his television journey at just 14 years old within the Media Ministry of his local church. Under the guidance of his mentor, Clark Gray, who shared over 30 years of industry wisdom, Jeremy's career took off.
His television career kicked off by working on the syndicated Christmas concert "Christmas Glory," aired on various TV networks nationwide, and collaborating with the renowned daytime talk show director Joe Terry from the Oprah Winfrey Show.
Subsequently, Jeremy joined the Oprah Winfrey Show, initially as a fill-in Camera Operator, eventually securing a permanent role for over 4 years. He worked on major shows and networks like ESPN, ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, and many more.
Throughout his journey, Jeremy found mentorship in Mark Zuarwiec, pushing him to reach his full potential. Jeremy has had the privilege of shooting entertainment and sports programs such as Joan Rivers Showtime special, Hannibal Buress Comedy Central Special, SportsCenter, UFC/Fox Pay-per-view, NFL's Sunday Night Football, and numerous others. For a decade, he diligently served as a Jib Crane Camera Operator at ABC-TV network's Windy City Live talk show, later transitioning to the Jennifer Hudson talk show in the same role.
Jeremy's exceptional work has earned him multiple Emmy award nominations as a Specialty Camera Operator in Daytime TV, Sports, and Entertainment. Alongside his wife, Caprisha Freeman, he co-founded J Free Media & Trillion Plus Productions, LLC, where he now serves as CEO. In his new capacity as an entrepreneur, Jeremy aims to pave the way for equal opportunities for fellow Camera Operators struggling to find work in the television industry.
Caprisha Cartwright-Freeman, a rising entrepreneur, aspires to expand opportunities in Arts & Entertainment to support creatives in marginalized communities and guide them toward their goals.
